| A fun pair of vintage large sterling silver and composition cufflinks by Gladys and Arthur Michaud. Gladys started the business in the 1930s . She bought antique buttons, mainly at the Paris flea markets, and made them into cufflinks. They were marketed to high-end stores on the East Coast and always packaged in their black wooden box with a gold label. They remained in business until the 1980s. The cufflinks have the look of ivory and is carved in the form of knight's armor. They measure 1 1/8" in diameter and are signed Michaud Sterling. Condition is excellent. | ||||||||
