A fine Continental, Late Nineteenth Century painting on porcelain depicting Madame Recamier, after the original painted by Francois Gerard (1777-1849). The figure is wonderfully painted and set within an architectural background with columns and satin drapes. Condition: Excellent. Dimensions: Plaque Size Height 6", Width 4".
