A Japanese molded plaster and lacquer decorated Noh Mask, c. 1930. The cherubic figure with exaggerated cheeks and forehead. There is some surface loss to the burnt red lacquer. It does not, however, detract from the beauty of the piece. It measures 8 5/8" in height, and 6 1/2" in width. Aside from the surface, the mask is in very good condition.
