A fine and rare French Louis XVI carved walnut footstool circa 1780. The piece with an oval over-upholstered seat with a frieze carved with a band of leafage over six turned and fluted legs. The tops with carved floral rosettes. Condition: Excellent, with the seat in an exposed non-upholstered state. Dimensions: Height (, Length 27", Depth 12 1/2".
