A fine pair of English Staffordshire pottery spaniels, circa 1840-1850. Each spaniel is posed in a seated position resting on a powder blue plinth. Condition: Excellent with no losses or restoration. Dimensions: Height 5 1/2", Width 5 1/2".
Consisting of a lidded coffee pot, a creamer, a muffineer (not Herend, probably Dresden) and two demitasse cups and saucers, this assembled set is (except where noted) by Herend. The largest piece, the coffee pot, measures 6" high and 6 1/2" wide. All pieces are in excellent condition. Hungary, c. 1950
Here we have five matching Herend (all marked "Herend Hungary Handpainted" on the underside) leaf-shaped nut dishes measuring 4 1/4" long, and decorated in gold and pinkish purple, all in excellent condition: Hungary, c. 1960
Here we have a pair of biscuit porcelain with gilt decoration, swan gravy boats. One has the hint of a Ginori mark, the other ". . .de Sevres?". I think they are Italian done in the Sevres style, c. 1930. The under plates measure 6" x 4 1/2", and with the swan boats, stand 3 1/2" high. Excellent condition with only some wear to the gilt.
This large, stunning Haviland Limoges France covered urn measures 5 1/2" in diameter, and 15 1/2" to the top of the lid. The handles are ornately sculpted and the measurement across the handles is 11 1/2". The decoration is in lovely green and pink pastels. This unusually large piece of Haviland is in excellent condition, and was manufactured in France in the mid- Twentieth Century.
A marked Meissen vase in a wavy, modernist pattern, something like folded cloth, all white and exclusive of decoration. It measures 9 1/2" high, and 5" across at the rim. In addition to the crossed-sword, under-glaze blue mark, it has some unreadable (to us) impressed numbers. The entire piece is without blemish or flaws, and dates from c. 1960.

This Italian faience handled jug is a formidable presence with its imposing size and armorial decoration. It has an over all white glaze with a putti-encrusted crest. The measurements are: 16" high x 12 1/2" wide x 7" deep. Essentially fine condition with some glaze chipping on the lip and the handles. Italian, c. 1920.
