This Renaissance era drawing on paper is titled on the frame, "Rape of Persepene Circa 16th Century", and is obviously framed in a tasteful, modern gilt frame. The drawing gives the impression that it was executed with the quick, certain strokes of a master draftsman. There is a small hole in the paper where the head of Persepone is.
