A fine and rare pair of Japanese Imari porcelain covered jars, 19th Century. Each decorated in a traditional Imari palette with central panels painted with a dragon and phoenix surrounded by smaller floral reserves. The jars have wonderful gilt monkey head handles domed covers with crouching foo lions. Dimensions: Height Width. Condition: Very good with minor surface wear consistent with age.
A late Nineteenth Century Japanese Satsuma porcelain vase, circa 1900. The vase with a long baluster form neck with two large looping handles over a bulbous body is painted with numerous figures framed within two main reserves. The vase is additionally decorated with floral elements and various repeating patterns in gold. Condition: Very good. Dimensions: Height 14 1/2", Width 8".
A late Nineteenth Century Japanese Kutani Porcelain charger, circa 1890-1900. The charger is painted with a repetitive floral border enclosing a main field with floating chrysanthemums. Within this field are two overlapping reserves with scenic images depicting figures and birds. The back of the charger is painted with colorful enamels. The kutani signature appears within the foot rim. Condition: Very good. Dimensions: Diameter: 14 1/2".
