This is a Chinese Peking enamel-on-bronze creamer and sugar. Each is adorned with flowers on a powder blue background, both on the inside and outside. The creamer has a bronze "dragon" handle, while the sugar has two. There are losses to each piece: the creamer has a chip on the outside next to the handle, and cracks and some crazing; the sugar has only minor crazing and a small chip inside.
