A Nineteenth Century inlaid papier mache tray adapted as a table. The tray has a serpentine coved edge centering a floral spray painted and inlaid with mother of pearl. The tray measures 24 1/2" x 18", and the height of the tray on the stand is 22". The tray shows the normal crazing of age, but the entire piece is in excellent condition. Manufactured in England, c. 1880.
A fine pair of English Gothic Style hall chairs, oak circa 1860. Each chair with a wonderful openwork back carved with Gothic tracery. The arms also with similar treatment. The seat bottoms tagged with cabinetmaker's name, " Urquhart and Adamson, Liverpool." Condition is very good. Dimensions: Height 36", Depth 18", Width 19 1/2".
