A fine Italian Baroque inlaid walnut fall front bureau, circa 1750. The top and front have a serpentine contour and frame the fall front lid which opens to an interior fitted with small drawers. The lower case has three long drawers over base with shaped feet. The lid, drawers and case are decorated with bold scrolled and line inlays. Condition: Very good with fine rich color and patina. Dimensions: Height 35 1/2", Depth 23", Width 39".

A fine 18th century carved ladderback armchair, probably Dutch circa 1780. The shaped crest carved with a shell over four horizontal serpentine contoured slats. The arms join the seat frame enclosing a compass form slip seat. The cabriole legs with acanthus carved knees, joined with flat stretchers, terminating in claw and ball feet.
